Refund and Cancellation Policy

At WanderWits, we strive to provide exceptional travel services and memorable experiences to all our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation by the Customer:

        Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled trip date are eligible for a full refund after deducting applicable processing fees.
        Cancellations made 7 days prior to the trip date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
        Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the trip date are non-refundable.

    Cancellation by WanderWits:

        In rare cases where WanderWits cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, or low participation), customers will be offered:
            A full refund, or
     The option to reschedule or transfer their booking to another trip.

2. Refund Process

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
    The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
    WanderWits is not responsible for any delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment gateway.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

    No refunds will be provided for:
        No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled departure point.
        Trips interrupted or shortened due to the customer’s personal reasons.
        Add-ons or services provided by third parties (e.g., special activities, external accommodations).

4. Changes to Bookings

    Requests to reschedule or modify bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the trip date. Rescheduling fees may apply.
    Changes are subject to availability and at the discretion of WanderWits.
